7. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

FastValidate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account dashboard or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms.
